Shipping and Order Information

Our goal at Image Screens is to to deliver high quality products that meet or surpass our customer's expectations. We strive for complete customer satisfaction and do our best to make certain that your order arrives intact, ready-to-use, and in a timely manner. Image Screens ships its products at competitive rates to customers in all 50 US states. Once the shipping charge is determined, we email you a complete listing of purchase charge, and shipping fees.

Most orders take 1-2 weeks to produce, and prepare for shipping. We select the most competitive shipper, and most orders arrive within 7 work days from ship date. Orders are shipped via UPS ground, FedEx, or DHL, unless otherwise notified by Image Screens. Prior to shipping, we email the customer pricing details of their order, and complete shipping information, for customer verification. Upon verification and shipping, the customer will receive an email with shipping confirmation, and tracking number for their order, for the customer to monitor delivery logistics and drop-off schedule.

Most shipping companies offer expedited shipping with 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day schedules available at incrementally higher rates. All shipping details, including costs, schedule, and relevant delivery details require cusomer approval and verifiation prior to shipping.
Due to the manufacturing time involved in most orders, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, though we do our best to fill orders as quickly as possible, once an order is placed. Most original art wil ship within 1-2 days, as they are listed for sale upon completion.
